We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to provide the Service:

- Base44: Our infrastructure provider powers the backend, database, and authentication for the Service.
- AI Services: Business insights and reports are generated using AI models. Data sent for AI processing is used only to generate your specific response and is not used to train AI models.

6. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained while your subscription is active. Upon cancellation:
- Your account and data remain accessible through the end of your paid billing period.
- Following account deactivation, data is retained for 30 days to allow for potential reactivation.
- After 30 days, all data associated with your account is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
